Marissa grew up in Astoria, Oregon and has scarcely strayed in her professional career from the great state since. She attended Knappa High School in Astoria, and later Anthem College in Beaverton. Currently a dental assistant at Paradigm Dental, she’s been working in dentistry for seven years in total, two of those spent working at a front desk job. In other words, she has worked with patients in more than one capacity – she’s definitely a people-person!

When she’s not in the office, you can find Marissa snowboarding, going out for tacos, or hanging out with her friends and family. She and her husband (who she’s been with for 12 years) own a 2012 Subaru WRX, which they take to shows. They also sometimes take it to the Portland International Raceway to race!

Marissa is the proud mom of two cats, Greddy and Rubie. She loves her coworkers at Paradigm, and she likes that Dr. Rust keeps up with the latest technology – she enjoys working for such a great dentist.

Make sure to say hi to her next time you come into Paradigm’s office. If you’re lucky, she’ll be working on your teeth!
